Whenever my schedule is tight and life is so busy that I don’t have time to cook (yes, that happens..), our go-to ulam is lechon manok and lechon liempo from nearby. Lately, I’ve been getting tired of its taste. There’s a variety of Lechon Manok seller near our home and if I’m not mistaken, there are four of them. But even if we buy from the different brands of lechon manok, the taste remains the same because of the sauce. They either have lechon sauce or toyomansi.
I am a big sauce person and I even order extra sauce whenever I buy lechon manok.
A few weeks ago, Reyal Litson Manok sent over some of their Litson Manok my way and the sauce literally blew me away!
