Weeee.. today I allowed myself to gorge on all things delicious…
If you haven’t any idea already. I’m on a diet..hahaha
And cheat days keep me from feeling deprived and gives me something to look forward to at the end of each week!
Right now, I’m on a low carb, low sugar, low fat diet…. and I actually started the first half of the day like my usual.
Lunch time came and we attended my niece Hannah’s Christening.
I ate regularly during lunch and then after we got home, I had a few fried donuts some chips followed by a rice meal again at dinnertime.
So I’m all ready to continue with my diet tomorrow.
