As you all know, after Ykaie’s Recognition Day, we immediately headed over to the Discovery Country Suites in Tagaytay where we had a two-day reservation. While there, peanutbutter♥ decided to get a massage at Nurture Spa to be more relaxed. He deserves a good massage, after all, it’s been almost a year since he got some.
Nurture Spa has a small playground for kids right smack in the middle and that’s where Ykaie and I decided to wait for daddy. He’s gonna be inside for at least an hour so she has one hour to play.
She decided on jumping at the trampoline and had a good 30 minutes before she got tired. She told me she’s thirsty and wanted some ice cream. We went to the café but they weren’t serving ice cream.
So, how did I get an ice cream for Ykaie? I ordered their Apple Turon ala Mode and then had the vanilla ice cream which was supposedly topping the turon served separately.
Then I asked for some Tarragon tea to go with my Turon and had a good chat with my darling daughter while waiting.
