Ykaie has been complaining about her loose front teeth lately. She told me that sometimes it hurts when she bites into her food because of it. We decided to have it extracted the other day. I know she would soon grow permanent teeth since she’s turning seven this year.
She’s not afraid of the dentist at all! Look at her smiling after her teeth were extracted.
Last week, there was a nerve racking toothache and lots of crying. The tooth from which the toothache is coming from cannot be saved with filling anymore — it had to be extracted.
My little girl went through with the extraction as bravely as she possibly could….
After it was done, she asked for her tooth so she could put it under her pillow for the tooth fairy. Yup, she believes in the tooth fairy. I told her I’m going to set up the camera on timer, so when we go to sleep we can take a picture of the tooth fairy.

She immediatety looked under her pillows upon waking up the next morning. She was very excited when she found a P20.
“Mommy, baka ikaw lang yun huh? “she said. I told her that if it was me, I’d only put P5 under her pillow.
{yup, mommy’s a bit stingy, so she believed me..LOL!}
