Ykaie has been afraid of clowns since she saw one back when she was a toddler.
She would be so scared and she would cry whenever she sees clowns during birthday parties and other occasions.
Today, I think she is finally outgrowing her fear of clowns. She was invited to attend a birthday party at the neighbors.
She was so excited to attend but she saw that there was a clown at the party, she doesn’t want to go in.
I coaxed her and told her that I will be just right outside of the house with the party whenever she needs me.
I gave her a good 20 minutes at the party before approaching her again and asking if she was okay. She smiled and she told me that she’s okay and is kinda enjoying the party.
I don’t know if she’s already over her fear of clowns or if she is still getting there but this is a good thing…
