The Playground

After that, we headed to the playground. It was quite small but enough to keep kids entertained.

What’s nice about the playground is that it’s near the pool area. There wouldn’t be any problem if the kids wanted to play and their parents wanted to lounge around in the pool, they can still keep an eye on their children.

Our staycation at The Exchange Regency in Ortigas is to celebrate Cyra’s 6th Brithday. We were searching groupons site for an affordable accommodation when we found this deal from Cash Cash Pinoy. The Exchange Regency is a residence hotel found in the heart of Ortigas.

We were smitten with the hotel lobby. The combination of purple and beige provided it with a clean, crisp elegance which the kids adored! The hotel music played some tunes that were so relaxing, you’d think it was being played live on the piano.

Normally at ₱7,000, we got an overnight stay for the deluxe room at ₱3,500. It’s for two adults and two children. We were willing to shell out extra money because we brought an extra child but the hotel was kind enough and didn’t charge us for it.

Our reservation includes set breakfast, in-room internet access, daily local newspaper and use of hotel’s facilities and amenities!
