I’m sure, like me, all of you are also almost always trying to lose weight. Well, right now, I am trying to stick to the South Beach Diet, {cough,cough}. Yup, sis and I are at it again. and we are on our third day.You know what’s really hard for me when I am on a diet? The First Day. It is so hard for me to get through the first day of the diet. Imagine, suddenly no carbs and sugar —- AT ALL. But once I get past the first day then I’m alright.
My sister who calls herself Anney, on the otherhand, always fails on the third day of the diet. This day is where she gets her craving for sugar and carbs. And you know what usually she craves for?? Those sinful cinnamon rolls from Cinnabon. LOL! And me? I go with her when she says she will treat me for a large cup of froyo….hahahaha.
TODAY is the 3rd day of our diet.

Woot! Good luck! Buti ka nga Day 1 lang ang struggle mo. I always struggle during the first 2 weeks of SBD. And I always cheat a bit haha.
When I’m on a diet, I get crazy cravings for chips and salty stuff. hehe

you know what, parang di na ko naniniwala sa diet if you just want to lose weight.. Kasi dati lagi ako diet diet, na-sstress sa pagtanggi ng mga yummy at mapanuksong foods, pero di naman ako pumapayat, not until this past few months na I started to be productive, meaning galaw ako ng galaw.. since lumipat kami ng house, super linis ko, super walk din ang lola, at i started to work na rin at dun lang ako nagstart pumayat ng 7 kilos.. wow! pero kain to the max pa rin ako.. walking lang yata pala ang solution.
Pero syempre, maganda rin magdiet for the sake na gusto mo maging healthy.. Basta goodluck dear and don’t stress yourself too much.. Anyway, pag nasanay naman ang tyan mo ng konti konti food lang, tuloy tuloy na yan.. Goodluck momsie -)

i crave for chocolates, cakes, anything that is sweet ahaha

Yea, it’s really hard.. Pri once na nakita mo kahit konting result.. It’s all worth it.. Nag eexercise ka ba? It’s better if you do atleast thrice a week. And i allow myself to eat anything pag weekends, pra di naman masyadong deprived! Hehe! Pero now i workout like everyday.. So i can eat more! 🙂
