I used to buy Neutrogena face powders but I don’t know if they discontinued making it because I can’t seem to find any. So I decided to try another brand. Revlon’s Photoready line sounds nice so I bought a powder a shade lighter than my skin tone {I think}.
Apparently I didn’t know what I was buying because there’s more to this product than what I see.
The product information says:
Photochromatic pigments bend, reflect and diffuse light to erase every flaw. Silky smooth jet-milled powder for a soft matte finish. Oil-free. Fragrance-free.
Apparently, the photoready or HD line of products contains particles that can bend or reflect light resulting in the diffusion of the look of pores or any flaws, helping you achieve that poreless and flawless appearance in any lighting condition.
I’m not that vain and I don’t even know any of this but anything that could make me flawless is okay in my book.
I just love this products because it’s very slim and has a big mirror. It also has SPF 19 and a matte finish when you apply it.
I guess I have a new favorite brand. A little pricey, though, but okay because a pressed powder last me months….
