It’s been five days since I joined the CLium Lose More Live More Challenge. It’s a weight loss challenge that’s going to run in a month. I decided to join because I’ve been gaining some weight and it’s not healthy.
One my plans is to start a food diary. Keeping track of what I eat everyday will help me stay within the recommended daily calorie allowance of 1,100 calories. It will let me see how much and what kind of food I consume within the day. This way I can adjust myself and push myself to make smart food choices.
