If you are a hard worker or if you just go to work everyday,and not take a break once in a while, then you’re more likely prone to stress than anybody else. Everybody needs a little R & R. It may be in the form of, say, a micro vacation, a hotel staycation, a one-hour massage or even just a simple retail theraphy. I guarantee you, it helps in keeping both your mind and body healthy.
When I am stressed, my favorite thing to do to relieve it is to Stress Eat. But since I have turned over a new leaf, I bought this small fountain with unique water features. I just turn it on when I am alone and lying down. The gentle sound of the running water instantly relaxes me and lets me forget all the stress acquired during the day.
