Welcome to F1 Hotel Manila
Croquembouche – Our delicious welcome token
This is not my first time to step foot at F1 Hotel Manila. I’ve been one of the lucky ones invited to try their Festive Chinese Buffet almost two years ago at the F Restaurant when F1 Hotel Manila was still called Best Western Premier F1 Hotel.
One of my best saturdays last month was spent here. I was one of the fortunate bloggers who were invited for a staycation.
F1 Hotel Manila is the first hotel to open up at Bonifacio Global City (BGC). It is right smack in the middle of where the action is — it is near the shopping center, business district, restaurants, hospital, and upscale boutiques.
Together with the other bloggers (and their families) who were invited, Mr. Tony Co and his staff personally welcomed us at the Premiere Lounge. He also told us about F1 Manila Hotel’s unique Christmas Spread that will soon grace their buffet tables.
Ykaie and my cousin, Rome was with me in this staycation. Here’s our “class picture” with the other bloggers….
Our Room – The Fort Suite
I was both surprised and ecstatic when I found that that F1 Hotel Manila booked us to their Fort Suite! It is their premier room. It opens up to this spacious living area with a sofa which can be converted into a sofabed.
Ykaie was very excited as she is with all our staycations… she immediately lied down on the sofa to “relax“.
The bedroom has one queen bed that is soft and fluffy. There are two LCD TVs and Wifi in the room.
Look at Ykaie posing on the bed.
This is the closet and the mini bar area. I think it’s my first time to see a weighing scale in a hotel room. Shucks! I did not dare to weigh myself..LOL!
Look at how modern the rooms are! Even the Do Not Disturb sign is electronic. You just have to press if you don’t want to be disturbed or you want your room made up and it will light up outside for housekeeping.
This is the toilet and bath. It’s complete with toiletries and it has a rainwater showerhead.
The Swimming Pools
There are three swimming pools at F1 Hotel Manila: a lap pool, a kiddie pool and a regular pool. All are located on the third floor where the restaurants are. It was drizzling that saturday when we were there.
It was so peaceful at that time and it was hard to imagine that there’s a place like this inside such a busy little city
This is the kiddie pool where Ykaie played with the other kids…..
…but she mostly played with me when there are no kids around….
Today, I just found out that i wasn’t able to take a photo of the lap pool. I guess I had too much fun playing with Ykaie….
The Spa
This staycation and relaxation won’t be complete without having yourself pampered at the Spa at F1 Hotel Manila. We were told that we could book ourselves to a free Spa treatment of our choice. Rome and I booked ourselves for their signature massage before bedtime.
I think the massage went on for more than an hour and I fell asleep while I was being treated.
It felt so invigorating. We had a good night’s sleep and woke up feeling refreshed the next day.
The Gym
F1 Hotel Manila has a small gym located beside the Spa. It is well-equipped with s few threadmills….
and other machine I know nothing about..LOL! They also have some dumbbells of different weights and other thingamajigs…
F1 Hotel Manila is like a home away from home. It’s the perfect place to spend a relaxing weekend without sacrificing the comforts of your own home nor the places around it.
I’m absolutely sure we will back here for another staycation
