I’ve heard of professional carpet cleaners – a lot of ’em if I’m not mistaken are widely used by people who live in condominiums. I haven’t really put much thought about the chemicals used in ’em & the threat they pose to pets. It’s good to know that there are companies that give more effort to provide more ecofriendly cleaning methods. It’s always best to leave it to the pros. I dont fancy rugs so much because they’re dust magnets ( not that carpets aren’t ) but carpets usually appear cleaner.
We don’t have a carpet at home so I really don’t have any ideas about carpet cleaning.

As we adopted pets, that’s the time that we get rid of our carpets. In relation to your post, I think that will be a great thing for pets if they will use pet-friendly chemicals on cleaning floor carpets.
I was never in favor of chemical cleaning. It’s great that this method ensures that pets are safe.

We don’t really use carpets at home because hubby is asthmatic. But I agree, it’s really best to use cleaning agents that don’t have harsh chemicals that can be harmful to ones health.
Its great that you have found a green option, especially being pregnant you’d want to limit your exposure to nasty cleaning chemicals!
