Old Puerto Galera Photos

Let me share with you some of my old Puerto Galera photos…

We stayed at Buri Beach Resort which was back then an already beautiful place.

I didn’t know how to do kayaking..I just wanted a photo…hee.

Sis & me. I can still remember the Villa where we stayed. It has a rustic-romantic feel but electricity is turned off at night. I don’t wanna ever stay at a place that does that again.

Sis & me again…

We’re planning on going back to Puerto Galera soon and is quite on the look-out for cheap package holidays. We’ll bring along many relatives with us and we’ll be treating them for the accommodation. I know this will take a lot of my time but it will be worth it.

My First Trip Out of The Country

It feels weird posting about this but I told you I would be posting about old travels.Pardon the blurry photos, I just scanned these photos. These were times when we were still using film cameras.

Yup, that’s me.  Don’t I look weird to you? This photo was taken in Bangkok, Thailand.  We didn’t really take a lot of photos when we were there.

I came with Sis and Sis’s friend Gisella. I know, I have weird hair..quit staring.LOL! Sis is blurry in this photo because she asked me to. She looks better when blurred! {peace}

This is Thailand’s TUKTUK. It is a three-wheel motorized vehicle that is like a combination of a tricycle and a jeepney.

I think this was way back in 2001. OMG! That’s 10 years ago!

I couldn’t really remember a lot of what we did here. I remember the street foods that we ate ,though..

I hope I could go back there with peanutbutter♥ and ykaie…

One Tagaytay Place

After having a nice lunch at Sonya’s Garden, we immediately went to One Tagaytay Place so we can rest. I made reservations to One Tagaytay because there were a lot of good reviews about the place and the price is not that expensive. Plus, seeing the photos from their website, I fell in-love with the pool..hah!

 The Bedroom

We had the One-bedroom Penthouse Suite which is normally priced at around P5900. But there was a promo called The Penthouse Suite Escape. The rate was P6,300 for four adults. We were five so there was an additional P1000. The two kids which are 3 yrs old {ykaie} and 5 yrs old {chellie} were free of charge.

The receiving area was converted to a bedroom to accommodate everyone.

My cousin gamely posed for me when I was taking a shot of the mini-dining area.

The bathroom had Ilog Maria bath products: Oatmeal and Mint soap, Eucalyptus Bath Gels and Honey-Mint Shampoo

The Infinity Pool
Just lounging in here will give you peace of mind, the view is very relaxing!
All the hotel staffs are very friendly, courteous, accomodating and approachable. It was indeed a wonderful stay. I think I found a second home in Tagaytay. We’ll surely be back here whenever we want to take a breather from stressful surroundings.
