Since I am a “newbie” with this eyeliner thing, I wanted to experiment so I bought a white eyeliner. It says that it adds sparkle to yourt eyes. Another reason why I bought this is because it came with a sharpener,LOL!
Well, I really couldn’t say anything because this went missing a few days after I bought it and I didn’t even had the chance to use it. I guess I’ll just buy another one. This is affordable for P129 {$3}
