Last week, I was so upset with my internet provider because I didn’t get a single day without internet connection problems. It’s either the fluctuating speed of my internet connection or it gets interrupted when somebody calls.I called their call center everyday and they send over a technician to check on the problem.
Determining the problem was the hardest because when the technician gets here, my connection normalizes. Plus, they send different technician whenever I make the call. Different people equals different diagnosis. What made me glad about one of the technicians they sent is that he was kind enough to organize the cables to and from the router. He stapled it and tucked it inside its cable cover. Cable covers make a good job of gathering cables in one place. You know, it wasn’t part of the technician’s job description but he did it. It was a nice thing to do and I appreciate it.
So far, the connection has been good this week so changing my internet provider is out of the question. Problem this week is that the electricity has blinked twice and my aunt’s water bill hasn’t only doubled or tripled, it has ballooned gazillion times like she owns a resort inside her house. Gotta call Maynilad.
