I decided to join the fitness wagon as per my New Year’s Resolution that I will do my best to exercise and increase my activity this year.
Life has been sedentary for the past three years since my line of work doesn’t involve a lot of moving and commuting. So last week, I donwloaded Shaun T’s Hip Hop Abs. I thought I’d just follow the video in the convenience of our bedroom.
I decided to start this exercise thing last monday, January 16 but thought I’d give the video a try last sunday. Proof that I’m physically unfit as I possibly can, I was out of breath 20 minutes through the exercise video.
It’s my third day in doing Hip Hop Abs by Shaun T. My legs feels like they’re jellies and the different parts of my body I didn’t know I had, hurts ! I think this is proof that everything in my body is indeed moving and has been dormant for quite some time.
Shaun T is keeping my mornings happy and surprisingly my lazy bones are liking it. Endorphins do make you happy!
