Just a little update on the weight loss challenge. I think I’m starting to lose some weight now that I’m on the 9th day. I started doing Hip Hop Abs by Shaun T on my fifth day and started with 15-minutes each day. Now, I’m up to 25 minutes and working my way up to 45-minutes.
I’ve been avoiding rice and as much as possible eat lots of fruits and vegetables.
