Its a dance work out video that says you can groove your way to a flat stomach.
Well, I’m not really aiming for that goal, all I’m aiming for right now is to get some exercise incorporated in my daily routine. With the kind of job that I have, I don’t really move much.
..And I DON’T DANCE! I have two left feet….
Isn’t that hilarious?
