Let’s talk about Vitamin C today.
The rainy season has started when school started in June. Now that it’s August, its the peak season and there are lots of typhoons and storms. It is during this time when kids’ immune system are down and they are prone to colds, coughs, and flu. One of the ways I ensure that my children are protected is by giving them a daily does of Vitamin C.
Vitamin C is needed for the growth and repair of tissues in all parts of your body, one of the many anti-oxidants, and is an amazing immune system booster.
When it comes to Vitamin C, I only give Ceelin to my baby. Ceelin drops was prescribed by Ykaie’s pediatrician seven years ago. Since then, that’s what Ykaie’s been taking. She began taking Ceelin Syrup at the age of two, then Ceelin Chewables at the age of 5 (See my post here) until the present now that she’s 7 years old.
She loves taking it because she feels like she’s already an adult.
Twinkle is turning two months in a few days. To boost her immune system and to keep her from catching a cold or a flu, I give her Ceelin Drops. Look! She can already hold her Vitamin C!
