When I was still single, I would often try out different products without even thinking about what it would do to my skin. But once I became a mom, I became meticulous — specially on baby products. I became extra careful in choosing what kind of products my baby can use. You know how baby’s skin are, it’s delicate and sensitive. If you’re not careful with the products you’re using, you might end up harming your baby.
I am so glad that now there is a baby product line that is crafted with care for the most delicate skin and for the most meticulous mom: BELO BABY.

We were given a chance to try out the Belo Baby line and here’s what I thought about them.
Belo Baby Bar Soap (₱79.75)
Belo Baby Bar Soap is rich in certified natural cocoa butter, shea butter and sweet almond oil to nourish and condition delicate skin. It is absolutely FREE of SLS, sulfates, sodium tallowate, tetrasodium etidronate, EDTA parabens, phthalates, DEA, triclosan, synthetic preservatives, paraffin, petrochemicals and common allergens.
What we love about this is that it has a mild baby scent. Ate Ykaie liked bathing in it because it creates a lot of suds. It also doesn’t dry out the skin unlike other soaps out there. Sheccan now step out of the shower feeling clean, fresh, and moisturized.
Belo Baby Hair and Body Wash (₱219.75)
Belo Baby Hair and Body Wash is rich in certified natural shea butter and sweet almond oil to nourish and condition delicate skin. It is absolutely FREE of SLS, sulfates, parabens, phthalates, dyes, sodium chloride, formaldehyde, MEA, DEA, TEA and most common allergens.
I love that this wash is already both for the hair and body because there is no need to use separate products. It also comes in a pump bottle for easy dispensing. Just a pump of this is enough for Twinkle’s hair and two pumps in the wash cloth for Twinkle’s body. It creates a creamy, sudsy lather that glides smoothly on Twinkle’s skin. It has a mild, fresh scent too — perfect for our cheerful babies!!
Belo Baby Face and Body Lotion (₱224.75)
Belo Baby Face and Body Lotion is rich in certified natural cocoa butter, shea butter and sweet almond oil to nourish and condition delicate skin. It’s absolutely FREE of EDTA parabens, silicones, formaldehyde and common allergens.
I normally don’t put lotion on Twinkle and Ykaie but this Summer’s heat has been drying up Ykaie’s skin. What I love about Belo Baby Face and Body Lotion is that it is light and gets absorbs easily by the skin. Since it’s easily absorbed, it’s doesn’t leave you with a greasy afterfeel. Ykaie loves Belo Baby Face and Body Lotion because of it.
Belo Baby Cologne (₱79.75)
Belo Baby Cologne comes in three scents: Sweet Snuggle (floral scent), Happy Tickle (fruity scent), and Cool Drizzle (fresh and clean scent). It has glycerin that moisturizes and a chamomile-derived ingredient that soothes skin. It’s absolutely free of parabens, phthalates, and coloring agent.
It’s really gentle on baby’s skin — almost like water. What I love about it is that the scent lasts longer. I put some on Twinkle’s clothes after her bath and I could still smell it the next day. The container it comes in is also compact and fits right in on Twinkle’s baby bag. Ykaie also loves the way it smells. Now, we can bring one cologne for Twinkle and ate Ykaie.
If you will notice, Belo Baby has three core ingredients in their products. Each ingredient was meticulously selected to ensure that it’s natural, safe and gentle for your baby.

I love just about any product that has Shea butter. I’d love to try this for my toddler and my autistic teen. It’s hard finding just the right stuff for kids!

It’s really great to see brands are expanding to produce baby products that are a lot better than what has been in the market for so long. More options for parents, especially those with kids that have sensitive skin. I am using a different product for my son now but I would love to try the bar soap and the lotion for my son, once he’s consumed all of the stash he’s got 🙂
