It’s very hard to lose weight. I’ve managed to lose ten pounds for the past couple of months just by eliminating rice from my diet and avoiding sweets. But after a while, it gets tiresome and there are times that I would wanna gorge on the chocolates in the fridge. I can stand not to eat rice but I have a very sweet tooth and it is so hard for me to avoid sweets specially chocolates.
Now the weighing scale wouldn’t budge anymore. I guess this mommy needs some exercise. You guys know how I hate exercise, right? Well, I discovered there’s this new Latin-inspired dance-fitness program that has taken the world by storm– Zumba. So now, I’m on the look-out for the best zumba dvd.
