Just when I thought I’m done sharing our trip to Cebu, I saw a folder full of our breakfasts and the pasalubongs we bought. Two years ago, I shared with you our breakfasts here at Tides over at my food blog. This year, I’m sharing it here.
Aside from the lavish spread, my most favorite part of my mornings back in April was waking up to the sight of my peanutbutter♥ and my little princess smiling.
Well, I wouldn’t mind hearing some lovely music coming from a great fender acoustic electric guitar but I’d settle for the sound of the ocean and the smell of good breakfast.
And the most surprising is how much Ykaie can eat at buffets! Plate number 1 are pancakes with butter and maple syrup….
Plate number 2: Koko Krunch with milk, two pieces of hotdogs and a chocolate-dipped donut…
I think this is because of the Children’s Buffet Section….
Shang has a separate buffet for kids that includes food that kids adore…
peanutbutter♥ chose a very Cebu breakfast of fried danggit, garlic rice, and sunny side up eggs which he mashed together with ketchup — the weird way he loves his sunny side ups…..
I try to eat mostly whole food, fruits and vegetables but to no avail.. I want to eat everything in sight! Oh, the glutton in me…. This is why I hate and love buffets…..
We had two breakfasts in here and we enjoyed it immensely….

hotel breakfasts are the best! my favorite breakfast was the one at Hilton Hotel in Paris. I swear it was the best I’ve ever had in my life. But the best yogurt I’ve ever tasted is in one hotel in Frankfurt.

Seems like your daughter really enjoyed the treat. Even I would … the buffet area for kids is very inviting. Would love to see more pics of the place. 🙂
